Abhi, Raj and their installation team were very prompt and quick to respond in providing all the information and ensuring efficient installation of the solar system and liaising with Synergy to connect with the buyback scheme. The 2 installers arrived well ahead of indicated time and immediately went to work installing my chosen system.They were polite and efficient by keeping me informed on the various stages of progress. Can not recommend them highly enough. Well done guys.The only problem I had was with my ability to hear and understand their accents.

We purchased 16 QCells QMax panels and inverter from Fritts. We chose a Huawei hybrid inverter with the intention of adding a battery later. The firm was very cooperative in finding a roof tile cleaner to coordinate removal of old panels, cleaning and then installing new panels for us. The service was seamless and we are also grateful to the salesman who explained what would be happening in clear, concise terms.

Amazing service, friendly installers and amazing follow up. Highly recommend this place. When I was considering my options the owner called me and thoroughly talked me through every option I had. Didn't charge me until the system was installed and working for a month. Nothing but trust in this company.

We had a 6kW system put in. All in all a positive experience from working through the quote (best price) to professional and considerate installation.

For this solar installation, I gathered 7 quotes plus 6 recently installed quotes from friends & families. As warned by SolarQuotes website, it was worth the effort as I was able to filter the companies to con me.It was down to Fritts Solar and another well known small to medium company. Their quotes were very competitive and both have received good reviews.At the end, I choose Fritts Solar because I want to deal directly with the business owner and I want to give opportunity for the smaller company.I found Abhi to be knowledgeable and able to explain solar system bit and pieces clearly to me. He was polite and patience.I choose 6.6kw Trisna Solar panels 370W x 18, SunGrow inverter 5kw and Clenergy mounting racks.What I've ordered is what I get so no swapping products during installation. The installers were very friendly and did a clean neat installation.I am very happy that they did not break any tiles as I was very concerned with my roof.After the installation, there were overvoltage and system fault issues that were solved by Abhi through remote monitoring.I am happy with the after sale customer support and the performance of the installed solar system so far.

Fritts Solar have recently installed our solar system. From first contact they have been very professional and have ensured an easy and smooth process for us. The workmen who arrived to install the system were polite and helpful, and kept us informed of what they were doing throughout the process. They ensured that the system was placed to work at optimal efficiency, while also taking into account the aesthetics of the house. The panels and operating system are extremely neat. Upon completion we got a follow up call to make sure the system was working well and that we were happy with it. The system is amazing. We could not be happier with the result. Had my Solar system installed this week by Fritts Solar. The service that was provided from Raj and Abby was exceptional. They were very helpful and informative making sure I had the right system to suite my property and usage.The installation team were brilliant left my property clean and tidy. Had a great experience from start to finish with fritts solar. After the first contact, Abi came over to my place to assess the situation and determine the best way to go forward.On the day of the installation the crew was in time, polite and completed the whole thing in less than 3 hours. The system has been up and running for about 5 weeks now and we haven't had any issues so far.Cheers for you job guys will reccomend to other people in the future.

Service from start to finish was exceptional. From the first time we met the Sales Consultant who explained all questions I asked and the installers arrived on time, very polite and great work. Not like some companies, didn't even have the time to come out. And hassled me for an answer.
