I would like to give a big thumb up to Andrew Moyle and the team in Audi Doncaster.My hubby and I were shopping for our new car on Doncaster Rd and out of all dealers, Andrew from Audi Doncaster provided us with the best experience from greeting to delivery.We feel like human being when dealing with Andrew, not another KPI or walking notes (Merc and BMW next door defiantly give us this feeling which is awful)Andrew helped us to get the new car quickly and smoothly, and so is the rest team member, super friendly and helpfulWill highly recommend Audi Doncaster to my family and friends and that says a lotThank you Audi Doncaster and Andrew for the great work and my shining amazing car :)

Best service and ease of buying a new car. I was served by Paul and he was very friendly and personable. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and went above and beyond! An amazing experience at Audi Doncaster. After viewing bmw, Tesla and Volvo the experience at Audi was stand out and a mark above the rest. We actually weren’t super set on Audi, however Enzo was an amazing educator on the brand, tech and overall care. He was able to understand our family needs and make recommendations. John was then equally a pleasure when arranging the necessary contracts, professional and lovely to deal with. After months of looking for the right car I wish we’d just started with Audi Doncaster.

Terrible experience there. Was wanting to test drive a model. The salesman brought me to his desk and started to pursue me to place an order today. I asked if I can just test drive a vehicle first then we can discuss, he then started to throw all the excuses and once again continued to push me to place an order by the day otherwise it’d just be “ a waste of time”. At the end, he claimed that we are not allowing him to help us, by requesting a test drive before placing an order. Arrogant and unprofessional. Yes indeed, totally waste of time visiting there. Good luck with your sales Audi Doncaster.

The place looks nice and clean. Enzo’s customer service skills needs some attention. I didn’t come in to buy a car so you can tell me about all your car collection in the past.

Ki in the Service Centre went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service while my car was being fixed. After a “catastrophic” issue with my transmission, Ki researched the history of my 2018 A3 (I purchased it less than a year ago) and found an error that meant we could have the entire transmission replaced via warranty. He kept us updated on the process and timeframes, and ensured we have a loan car while we waited over a month for the part to arrive from Germany.He was friendly and easy to deal with, making an incredibly stressful situation that little bit easier knowing we were being looked after by such a professional.Thank you Ki and the Service Team for 5 star service!

I had a pleasant experience at the show room and during the test drive! Nathan Fenech did a fantastic job answering all my questions and communication was a breeze! For your peace of mind, I highly recommend Nathan to everyone that’s looking to buy an Audi!
