Vasu (aka Ulrich) has been helping me with computer (hardware and software) problems and set ups as well as extended router set ups over many years, both PC and Mac, and has always been fantastic. He has great knowledge and problem solving abilities, so he really is Tekwizard! Also he has assisted with other electronic issues with audio and TV systems with which he is an expert. It's always been good, with prompt home visits when we needed them and he doesn't overcharge. Highly recommended.

Over the years I’ve had cause to contact tech wizard often. Most recently to migrate data and programs etc from old HD to newer Mac with latest os. Tech guy in my area said impossible so I got on the phone to Vasu who solved the issue and coached my through what was needed to be done.Awesome ability to problem solve. Thanks again.
