I first used Gooroo when he was recommended by a work colleague. I found Jason to be the most efficient, knowledgeable and reliable IT Tech I've ever experienced. I've been a site administrator on huge projects throughout NSW & QLD. These companies employ many IT personnel to find & fix company computer problems, so I've known good IT technicians.We now run a small business from home and to know I only need pick up the phone and Jason will either assist me on the spot or call me back within a short time frame. This is invaluable! Jason is like having my own personal IT department.Previously (as we all do), I took the laptop to a repair shop and left it there which was such an inconvenience especially when it's usually something simple. It interrupts business and is frustrating having to wait.Not so with Jason, you call, he communicates, he can see both my screens, explains how I can check or do things next time myself, and is reasonable with his pricing. I honestly have NO hesitation in providing this appraisal for his business. Gooroo is the only service I need to use now. Thank you so much Jason I only hope you don't get too busy to continue to provide this service.
