Bloody pathetic. Drove all this way only to read a sign with an arrow pointing to other store locations. This is an office not a retail shop. We'll Smart Water instead of wasting people's valuable time why don't you state that on your website. Very disappointed.

Hi everyone, don't usually write negative reviews as i work in sales and customer service and understand how much it can effect small businesses. But Graeme came out to take a look at my water pumps and give advice and help to look to get new ones. He was unhelpful at best, advice was basic and was here for all of 15 mins. There was then no follow up call or any contact again until he wanted the $125 for his call out. Would not bother getting him out as it would be a waste of your money and time.
