Linda has always been exceptional with my cakes. Since I’ve moved into this area almost 2 years ago I’ve ordered both kids cake from there and she is so accommodating. Her cakes are truly delicious and she will go out of her way to help. I’ve referred all my friends in the area to her. Thanks again Linda, I’ll be back again in a few months for more birthday cakes and will in the meantime enjoy your other cakes ❤️

Cakes always look so fresh every time visit the shop and makes it hard to choose which one to purchase. Friendly and detailed customer service. The shop has speciality cakes which not available somewhere else like the red velvet, Mango torte, and some asian flavoured cake, Pandan and green tea torte. Highly recommended to come here

Two stars for the bad attitude of the staff. It seems that she hated her job and only wanted to give people a hard time. Got a cake for $40 for Christmas regardless of her attitude, as most of the shops were closed. However, it tastes nothing like the name. The cake looks OK but it's really plain and flavourless. Will never come back again. I wonder how they survived with so many similar cake shops nearby.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the end result of our gender reveal cupcakes. Not only did they taste and look amazing, the customer service by Linda was superb. She was attentive, friendly and accomodating! Look forward to ordering more things from Box Hill South Cheesecake in the future.

Disappointed and frustrated regarding my recent order from the Box Hill South Cheesecake Shop. My order was placed for a cake delivery to my friend's birthday party on May 5th, 2023, and it was supposed to be delivered at 10.00 am. However, the cake was delivered an hour and fifteen minutes late at 11.15 am, causing a great inconvenience to me.Furthermore, I had paid an additional fee for a customized birthday wish with the recipient's name on the cake. Despite this, the name was not written on the cake. When I contacted the customer care team through HungryPanda (the delivery service), the Cheesecake Shop informed them that they had not received any note with the desired writing. However, I have evidence to show that I provided the details when I placed the order. A full refund was issued by HungryPanda but this overall experience was unsatisfactory.

Wonderful advice and service, thank you for explaining about your cakes. Bought a dressed pavlova last week and a passionfruit sponge yesterday. Very fresh and so good to eat, both were well received. My new favourite cake shop, Happy New Year ladies, you're the best
