Extremely unpredictable ,unprofessional and rude ,I never had trouble with any accountant ever Before but last timeThey have under trained staff.Their boss just kept arguing and it seems like they were just denying the service instead of explaining and helping.it seemed like they did something dodgy before and now they are being crazy cautious.Their boss mr Syed almost made me feel like an undercover ATO investigation officer.
