Happier now since the new owners came in. Old owners used to vary the opening hours, and not have this reflected on their parcel collection cards left at my house. I would rush down after work to pick up parcel only to find oh no

Disgraceful. Had a parcel with a pick up date of the 2/9/16 only for the post office to send it back to Sth Australia an hour and twenty minutes before closing time. My girlfriend made an enquiry at 1.30pm in the afternoon confirming it was there and if it could be picked up. Only for it to be sent back when i went in to pick it up.Also the female at the front lied saying she didnt talk to my girlfriend on the phone initially until i refreshed her memory and then the store owner confirmed that she did speak to my girlfriend on the phone.Head office will be getting an email regarding the stores disgraceful form.

Extremely rude employees which work there who didn't give me and my friend a refund after the gift card we bought was inactive! This has all happened after the store switched owners. I would recommend to go to Aus Post Croydon in Main Street as their service and friendliness is exceptional. I wouldn't even give this post office a star...
