After going there a few times I've decided to try elsewhere.I would request a service and they would always say they would get back to me with options, but didn't.A basic service (including a few fluids) - which they just did without the call back, took two days to complete. And after a few calls it was ready for pick up - just before closing time. Again.Also got to hear the way some of the staff (including management) talk about customers. They need to work on that.

Had a very bad experience. I put my car for inspection and they failed me without any reason and gave me silly excuses of tyre. I lost my paper work and when I went back for the carbon copy they asked me to delete my review first then I get my failed inspection documents. I deleted my review to get my paper. I am writing again my experience. Please guys be aware with these people.

My brother took his car to Jansen To have a yellow sticker removed. The car was in perfect condition. They charged him $200 and gave him a list of things that needed to be changed even though the car was in mint condition. The next day he took it to A1 Tyre in Maddington and they passed the car in the exact same condition for $124. We will not be sending any business to Jensen Automotive at all.

Two years service here. Generally good service, not a budget workshop if you’re looking for. Had a few issues but probably mainly due to the poor Holden quality though.

Be very careful to approach this business, should ask the time and details about delivery before paying. If it is an inspection it takes half day and very expensive too ...

Firstly, car was booked in on a Friday to get inspected.Spoke to Chris who said that it's all booked in on Friday.Came on a Friday morning, took time off work and got told by this old lady at the reception that it was booked in wrongly for Monday.Asked kindly if they could slot my car in but she was rude although it was them that made the mistake.Don't waste your time, rude and don't take responsibility for their wrong doing. Old lady need to learn to apologise and own up to mistake.Professionalism 0/10Service 0/10Accountability 0/10

I have used Jensen many times over the years and am always so impressed! The customer service is amazing and the pricing is very reasonable. In my opinion they go above and beyond to ensure you get the best value for money for the best possible service. I have already recommend to all my family and friends!
