Classic Couriers

I've had the misfortune of having to deal with Classic once, never again. I was overcharged for a small parcel which I put through their depot in Queanbeyan and I was assured it would leave that day and be delivered in a few days time. Coming up on two weeks later and it still hasn't got there. I've made multiple phone calls and 3 times I was told I would be called back, but they never do. Then they tell you it is due for delivery that day and surprise surprise, 4 days later I'm still waiting. Incredibly poor customer service, unreliable and untrustworthy.Edit: Now I've been told they don't know where my package is and they don't know how to track it. This place is useless.

Poor customer service when trying to enquiry about setting up a delivery - was answered, and then placed on hold when another cal came through for ages. Had to hang up.

I had a small piece of furniture delivered and left in garage because the delivery people refused to carry it upstairs claiming it was too heavy. All at the cost of $160 - from Fyshwick to not so far away Canberra suburb.

Thank you so much for your prompt and professional service! There wasn't enough time for any other service to help me but you guys were there to help and at a reasonable price. Thanks again.

I had furniture delivered through one of the shops in Fyschwick. The furtniture shop had arranged classic couriers to deliver furniture at my premises (apartment on level 2). I paid them an additional amount (more than the agreed value beforehand), as they had to use the stairs... the furniture could not fit into the elevator by couple of inches!!I was shocked and really unhappy with both of the boys who were very careless in moving the furniture. I will never recommend this courier service to anyone as the boys who came to deliver did not handle the furniture in a proper way which led to some damage to the walls in the apartment.They really have to be more professional and mindful while moving the furniture around!I definitely will not recommend anyone to avail their services if this is the kind of service they are going to provide.Posted on Feb 5, 2020
