They go out of their way to help. Even followed up on an enquire I had and phoned when they were able to get a definitive answer. I have now used the Customer service centre several time. The face to face interaction so much better than hanging on a phone line for ages when you try get an answer. Good job Langwarrin Customer Service big thumbs up from me.
