I got followed in the store which caused me a panic attack, my friend and I were going from isle to isle, and occasionally skipping one and going back and we kept going followed, they checked our bags but nothing was found of course. The boss gets his employees to do his dirty work. The boss was an old man with glasses, and has nothing else clearly going for his life. He was out of line with no proof. No apologies from any of them. Just him and a scared employee who has no voice to speak.

Went in to get a moisturiser. Got followed every lane I went in. And at the end asked to search my belongings, and accused that I was stealing by the manager/owner/worker what ever he was, name was fahhd absolutely disgusting and rude bloke. Someone seriously needs to let him go. Guys and girls honestly stay away from this place and this guy especially.

One star cause i have a question, like why in skies would you be rude to a customer that only trying to find the perfect shampoo for their hair i was on my phone trying to find the best shampoo and a lady who work in the chemist was packing items on the shelves by mistake i dropped some items she got upset as i can tell i apologised I didn’t hear nothing back and ended up with deciding to go to Coles to buy . Is this how you treat your customers?So heres further details so management knows who I’m talking about!Todays is 27/04/2023 time now 11:43 incident happened 10-15 minutes ago!It was an old lady with short blonde hair!

This is happened third time in row, every time I visit there to get my documents tested they made excuses that their stamp get lost somewhere, it’s clear from their body language that they don’t want do it and just making excuses… being a loyal customer of chemist warehouse since 8years today I promised myself that I don’t wanna visit ever to their outlet as if they can’t help me when I’m in need why I spend thousands of $ every month to shop at their outlet is better to switch to Some other reliable chemistThanks anyways I didn’t expect that

I would like to give all this stars to the guys who was working in perfume section last night, he was so good with service. There were atleast 4 or 5 customers but he was giving priority to every customer he deserve 5 star for his service and the girl who was wearing a shawl I forgot her name she is always welcoming when ever I go to the store

I’m unsure why this chemist warehouse seems almost arrogant in their dealings with customers as if the brand should sell rather than the way they treat customers. The 2 stars are for the two male pharmacists who are courteous .Also they are poorly stocked . Would rather go to Blooms next to Coles or Terry white on High street . They are consistent with the way they deal with customers and are always stocked up. We were quite happy to get a CW close by but disappointed with the service .

If I could rate this place a zero I would.I went to go get my Prescription for ondansetron.Which I’m currently pregnant with my 4th child. And I have a condition where I vomit the whole nine months up until I give birth.And the pharmacist kept trying to tell me how dangerous this medication is. And that I shouldn’t be taking it in my first trimester.Um I took it for 9 months with all three of my kids and they turned out fine.I have never had a pharmacist try and tell me how dangerous this medicine is.Im definitely never coming back. I will find another chemist that will treat me with some respect

Absolutely appalling.Made to wait 30 mins just to be told they didn’t have my medication in stock. I had to stand because there was no chairs, and it sounds like I’m whining but I have a heart condition and can’t stand for very long. I feel sorry for the elderly and other disabled people who have to stand forever to receive a script. Then I went to check out to get a few other things and was given a bag that had the cashiers BLOOD on it. I’m disgusted. I won’t be back.

Took my scrips in today waited 45 minutes then was told I could not get one of my medications has the date on it said 5th of January so I have to wait 3 days pharmacist was rude went to another chemist and got my medication straight away no questions asked terrible service .

Amazing staff, had help by the staff when i needed, they were very polite unlike other chemists, by far 10/10 customer service
