I ordered iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB and it was a purple colour. After I ordered I realised I like the gold colour most. But the problem is, the team members specially Deval and the Samara they said I cannot change my mind. They were so rude. They do not know how to behave with the customers.

Worst telecommunication company in history, doesn't matter which branch you go to. I've had a long battle with them about covering issues. They always have a script to follow and never admit to anything. Eventually, I was pushed towards Telstra, and that's after I stopped having coverage at my home, the only place I didn't have issues before! Never looked back after leaving Vodafone!

very bad service, I didn't know anything, empty store, attendants simply won't “answer” and the store was empty, devices without information, prices….disappointment.

There aren't many words to describe how wonderful the team is at Vodafone Bankstown. They helped me resolve so many issues with my account after Bass Hill made changes which I wasn't aware of. 5/5 stars any day of the week!!!

Great service assisted from the worker James with my new sim service. Showed me how to use the Vodafone app to check the data usage. Will be back to bring my home internet from Optus. Very nice and helpful strongly recommend to my family.
