Unfortunately, I cannot recommend using Simmy’s bond cleaning company.1) The cleaners did not show up on the date it was booked and no one contacted me until I reached out. The cleaning had to be postponed to a later date.2) On the postponed date, cleaners were late for 3 hours. Communication needs improvement as the cleaners kept telling me that they are 5 minutes away which turned to be misleading. I ended up having to postpone my business meetings just to accommodate for their lateness.3) The cleaners lack attention to detail. It’s very disappointing that my partner and I ended up cleaning the house for an hour after the cleaners left. One of the outdoor furniture set was not cleaned, there were spider webs on the ceiling, cleaning solution marks on bathroom walls, skirting boards and switch boards half cleaned. You can just see the cleaners were just rushing through the job. So many things were half heartedly addressed.It was a disappointing experience for us and I hope it was just a one-off bad experience.
