Very bad customer services... wouldn’t do any arrangement with them anytime soon ... the employee are rude and there is something wrong with their system ... someone is taking stuff and they charge the customers for it ... wouldn’t rent from them again ...

The boxes are exellent..made of plastic.. jaay delivered the boxes on time.. overall very happy with the experience

Great concept - not so great service.Be wary of the condition of boxes you receive, as we were charged from our deposit for damage not caused by us at the end of our move.

Boxes very strong, easy to assemble, delivery and pick up all on schedule.Deposit returned. Thanks

Terrible service - incredibly rude staff, boxes are dirty and grimy. Worst part is they make you wait around all day for the boxes to be picked up/delivered. They provide you with a time range but end up turning up several hours late. I am almost sure that these other reviews are fake. RECOMMEND AVOIDING AT ALL COSTS. Save yourself the hassle and money.

Awful service, impossible to deal with, and dishonest. I wish I listened to the awful reviews here and avoided them, I regret it. It's really interesting how on other review sites the reviews are almost unanimously positive. Hm.The boxes come with other people's stickers and tape, and are bent out of shape with clear lines of use, but the company will accuse you of being the first to bend them out of shape. The boxes themselves are fine and easy to put together, but the company itself is so hard to deal with I would go anywhere else next time.I organised box pickup multiple times and they failed to collect both times after I waited around all day without so much as a text to say they weren't coming. Then after flaking the second time, they billed me for an extra three months of hire - they charged $300 before they emailed or called to notify me, and I had to threaten VCAT and seek consumer affairs advice before I was able to finally organise them to pick up their property and return the money refunded. This is for property I desperately wanted to return. I had to hold onto the boxes for so long I moved them from place to place! They are dishonest and will accuse you of being hard to get in touch with - even when you send them the call logs showing the opposite.I was so disappointed because the box quality is fine and it's a great business model, but I will never use this company again.

I have been trying to have boxes picked up from my house after moving for over a month and a half now, with barely any contact from the company. I have left messages on their main phone line, sent enquiries via their website and also called and texted constantly the number of the person who dropped the boxes off. Eventually was told the boxes would be picked up today, but its 7.30pm and they haven't been.
