They way you are treated by the staff depends heavily if they are in a good or bad mood. Tiny range of products, most of the timber is of low quality.

The team here were super helpful, went out of there way to source the products I needed and order them in. Kept me informed of the estimated delivery date the service here is way better than the other major hardware store in town and surprisingly so was their price. Now my go to hardware store.

Terrible, very rude arrogant staff, 2 of them intimidated my wife (with my young kids in the car) as she tried to park while I got pies at Haydens next door. 1 pulled his truck in front of her then got out to walk round in and glare at her. Disgusting and shameful behaviour.
