The customer service at this shop is dismal. The women running it seem to be more interested in gossiping around their work table than helping customers. I’ve been there three times & on each occasion the staff looked bored & were unfriendly. Perhaps they were cheesed off at my $25 purchase. Also their prices are higher than most online beading supply shops but that means waiting days or weeks for orders to arrive. Pity there’s little local competition.

Young lady with very long hair served me. She was wonderful! She certainly knows her stuff. Great product knowledge. She has the knack of making the client feel very comfortable with asking questions about beads and craft. What a great asset she is to their business. They are lucky to have her.I had a very happy visit there and came away with lots 8f ideas, lots of beautiful beads, cloisonne, glass beads, metal beads, lampwork and ideas for pearl jewellery. Had a great time in the shop. Thanks to both staff there

I really enjoyed a look around this little bead haven. I didn't buy anything but it is great to know that if I ever want to get creative and make things like earrings, or a bracelet, I know a great place that offers a great range of beads to get crafty with. They also sell sterling silver earring hooks! I was so excited to discover this, as I often find pretty earrings in Lovisa but cannot wear the posts that the earrings come with (they contain nickel) so if you too cannot buy cheap posts you can always buy those earrings and change the posts to sterling silver, like the ones you can find at Beads On Parade! Happy to know where to get quality posts. Recommend.
