Fantastic Furniture
This has been the worse experience ever. From customer service in store, to the customer care agents via the web and phone, warehouse, delivery. The entire process besides when they took my money has been a nightmare. Since then I have not received my goods and no one can see to tell me where it is or when to expect delivery. I’ve had delivery cancelled 3 times and not a single person can update or give a response. Less than fantastic experience. Totally disgusted by Fantastic furniture.

Fantastic Furniture
What a great customer experience we had! Went in store today to purchase 11 items. Jeany was absolutely fantastic and spent at least an hour with us, helping with fabric selections and when an item wasn't in stock for delivery, she helped us choose other items that were in stock and available. She definitely is an asset to the store. Thank you.for her time and patience with us.

You should be ashamed of yourself and the company you run.Avoid at all cost, this place is unforgivable for how much they care about customers. There is no care at all giving. On the day of delivery they cancelled with 5 minutes warning. Then was lied to over the phone that they would reimburse my delivery fee which they didn't do. Then after I take another half day of work, that delivery arrives with half my order with no warning. After 2 separate useless useless on line chats I have no idea when I will get my furniture. AVOID THIS AWFUL PLACE.

After a long 6 months++ long wait, what a disappointment,the leather sofa main seating have a middle stitched join line across.never disclosed during the sales & specification. not happy.if I knew it or informed during sales, i shouldn't have bought it. very good sales technique. well done Freedom!!!

Fantastic Furniture
Click and collect service is not based at Moore Park, as described in confirmation email and text. Showed up and was redirected to their warehouse in Alexandria. The fact that the store even has flyers with directions to the warehouse shows this is clearly a common issue. Could easily be rectified by updating your website and would mean you’re not wasting peoples time

Shocking company, I have order a build in wardrobe and they said waiting time 6 weeks, after 7 weeks I call 4 times and finally they tell me that they no longer sell the product and will give me a refund that will take 1 week. I have prepared everything for this wardrobe including matching and measured furniture, like a desk that was to go to the side. The manager told me in a relaxed I don't care voice there is nothing we can dol. Unbelievable. This is terrible behaviour.

Misplaced some screws for one of their expensive units, and received the worst customer experience. Understand that yes not their fault, but offering no options, even possible spares in seconds or going that extra mile in terms of service?. Wouldnt bother purchasing here.

The delivery driver first mixed up the orders and brought the wrong boxes, then three weeks later, when he was bringing the missing parts, called me at 6:30am, did not understand what the problem was calling that early...the shop refused to refund the delivery fee even after such a delay and bad service

We purchased a few items instore in February 2022 and had a lovely experience with our sales assistant, Leigh. The store wasn't huge, but had lots of floor stock items for display so it was good in that sense.One of the items didn't fit the styling of our home so I called the store to ask for a refund. We offered to take the item back to the Alexandria warehouse ourselves, no problems at all. The sales order was placed under my name, because I was going to be the one that would be at home for the delivery truck to contact.When I called the store today, I spoke to Adrian who was rude and unhelpful over the phone. I advised him of the situation and he bluntly said Well you have to take it back to the Alexandria Warehouse"
