Went into the store last week as my husband lost his phone. The service from Kalais was awesome! I couldn't remember my account emails or passwords to find my phone" but she never gave up trying. She eventually located the phone which unfortunately was damaged and helped set us up with a new phone. She was extremely patient

Friendly enough staff and thought things might be ok now this is an actual Telstra store. Had 5G internet devices ready to buy but it proved 'too difficult' for the main staff to sort out some legacy anomaly from previous old accounts and set up the 5G plan. No real interest from 'the boss'.Sorted my self - Took a bit of time on a Telstra chat but they get the 5 stars for actually caring enough to push through, find the correct details, and fix. Who would have thought.

I recently went in store at loganholme on Friday, I spoke to one of the service staff about plan options for NBN as we’re paying too much and have been content with Telstra nbn service for the last 4 years, I asked if there were other plans and told the young man that we were considering options of swapping providers as we are out of our contract. He told as that he can lock us in for another 12 months and take $5 off our monthly bill. Told us that was the best he could do and that if we want to swap providers then we should, he then ushered us out of the store.This was poor customer service and has prompted us to leave Telstra, this service rep gave us the impression that Telstra do not need our business and couldn’t care less if we stayed or not, we have been loyal customers for years and haven’t really gotten any support from customer service at all.We are now changing providers

If there was a 0 star option I would use it. Appalling customer service. Took my blind mother in to the store to terminate a service that hadn’t been working and the assistant store manager came out, stood over where she was sitting and raised her voice to the point of yelling at having to explain paying a bill just to terminate faulty service. But don’t suggest she stop yelling, because you’ll be threatened with being removed. Disgusting Tanya. Some people aren’t good with technology and need multiple explanations to understand.

We had great service from Brandon. He was efficient and helpful. We forgot to ask about our plan and can do that another time.

Blonde girl is incredibly rude and inappropriate. Would recommend going anywhere else

Purchased new phones, closed business account, opened new account . Awien looked after us extremely well very knowledgeable and great customer service. It is best to book an appointment as they are always very busy there.

I would like to thank Taleaha from telstra loganholme for her great service.She was very understanding and held a very high standed of care to simplify the change over of details and her high etiquette of knowledge. She would be a very big asset to the business or to any future employer. I would definitely be coming back if I have any more troubles with my device. Thank you
