ETA: Yet again, you are rude. I do not 'miss the point' that 2/3 'SAW' her steal, yet you provided no way for her to prove she did not. She tipped her bag out, she told you to go through it, you refused, etc, you refused to admit that while it may have appeared she took something, SHE HAD NOT and you refused to entertain the possibility that you were mistaken. I notice that you are similarly dismissive of every negative review, perhaps you need to have a good hard look at that.***You continue to accuse and refuse to admit that you were mistaken about my elderly mother stealing a personal care item. She tried to empty her bag, told you to empty it yourself to be assured she had nothing in there and you chose to inspect visually. Still found nothing and could not admit you were wrong. So disappointing.I am sure you do have issues with stock being stolen, but your attitude and lack of apology when you should have realised you were mistaken and no harm done. But you doubled down, even insisting in your review reply that you were in the right.A simple apology and all would have been well, instead we have offence and an old lady crying through her dental procedure because she has been falsely accused and not been able to convince you no matter what she did.Next time, she will insist the shop owner call the police so that she can be properly heard and cleared.Your pride got in the way here.

Accused me (an elderly woman) of stealing nail scissors while shopping there today. I was trying to manage my walking stick, bag and mobility issues and the Manager/pharmacist was extremely RUDE to me, refused to apologise after going through my bag, and I was extremely upset through my medical appt. I returned to express my upset at being falsely accused and he was still rude and accusing. Very upset and offended and will not return.

I have no complaint about the service offered. I am providing a 1/5 star rating for very rude customer service by the pharmacist. Please remove the name of my doctor from your response.

This pharmacy is absolutely amazing! The staff are always so helpful and lovely, the service is really fast and the pharmacists really know their stuff and are especially great with kids! They also have an incredibly tidy and clean display. Don’t bother going to any other pharmacy - this is the one you need! Convenient parking also!

The staff here are always so kind and helpful. I have to see them regularly for my medications. Lovely team.

A lovely little Gem!Service and professionalism is impeccable, staff are always putting customers first and go well and beyond to assist were possible.My sons script had expired for a compounding med & they still provided knowing how important it was for him not to miss a dosage. (I obviously got a script right away and gave it to them, but the fact that they didn't just turn a blind eye). 100% better than those large branded pharmacies and you are supporting a local family business as well.

I discovered this fantastic pharmacy years ago, and I just keep coming back. Veeral's customer service is the best in the business. He's gone out of his way to offer better prices than the big chains, and he provides compounding services as well.
