Exquisite Kitchens was recommended to us through a friend when we were looking for someone to design and install the joinery in our new duplex. Maan came out and gave us a very competitive quote and assured us that we would be satisfied with the end result if we decided to go ahead. From our first encounter, he understood exactly what we wanted and suggested creative solutions to best suit our needs. Jina & Fatima were very organised and thorough in making sure they had the correct information they needed to ensure everything went smoothly. Our kitchen, pantry, bbq area, study, laundry, linen cupboards, tv unit etc were made before we knew it and were ready for installation. The team of installers at Exquisite Kitchens were amazing. They installed everything to perfection and were highly professional and experienced. They worked long hours to get the installation completed quickly and efficiently. Lady named Gina called me to arrange for reinstallation of kitchen cupboard doors which had strips peeling off and were like that from the time they were installed. Due to the poor quality, i had asked her multiple times to get them replaced. This time on the phone, her attitude was really disgusting. Kept cutting me off saying we will not change them as nothing is wrong with them. Would not even tell me the warranty period or anything and kept asking me to speak to the builder. Her tone and attitude was so rude and unprofessional. And then she kept telling me ' you are not my customer so i can speak to you however i want'. And then people like that play the victim game of us not treating retail workers right.Send your customer representatives for a customer service course before putting them on the phone because you are only going to loose customers with such attitude! Shame on that seriously!
