Absolutely wonderful service from Emma. I was unable to attend the store in person but Emma made it so easy to make a purchase over the phone. She sent photos of each setting I was interested in so I could see how they looked and what configuration would look best. Had the setting delivered within one week and it is a quality setting.I had purchased another teak setting from a different company a month prior which was absolutely disgraceful and returned it immediately. I wish I went with these guys in the first place - superior workmanship and absolutely no regrets with this purchase. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for teak furniture.

I bought a garden bench recently. Staff were really helpful over the phone and then in the shop when I came in to have a look.Will definitely return when my outdoor setting needs replacing!!

Visited The Teak Place looking for outdoor furniture for our tennis court and were very impressed with the helpful and friendly service. We’re so pleased with our two bench seats and Adirondack chairs - they were delivered quickly and in perfect condition. We would definitely recommend The Teak Place to friends!

So unhappy. After proceeding with the purchase of two deck chairs for $590 online we were called up and informed that we had not selected delivery. Delivery was going to cost us an extra $220 to metro Melbourne?!!!! After cancelling we were further charged a 3% cancellation fee. Unbelievable!!!

The Teak Place has excellent furniture. They have A grade furniture and a lower grade which is appropriately discounted. Customer facing staff are excellent. Customer deliveries are outsourced and extremely expensive, $100 for a teak bench to be delivered from the store to our house at Rye (11 km) is a rip off.

We absolutely love our new table, it’s nice and wide perfect for shared meals with family. This is our second table The first one we bought almost 20 years ago and are still used. Great quality
