Soul Tiger Hot Studio
I joined Soul Tiger yoga for the Bikram yoga classes. I am really enjoying it. I’m already getting fitter and more toned. I also like how there are lots of showers (important after a hot yoga class) and that the parking is easy. Would recommend.

Just finished a new 60min Yoga Beats class with the delightful Chloe. A breath of fresh air in the hot room, Chloe’s faster flowing class was still calming and controlled. The perfect balance! I would highly recommend a visit to the fantastic Soul Tiger Yoga Studio where there is a something for everyone.

I cannot express how grateful I am for finding Soul Tiger! After leaving another gym over a year ago, I struggled to find something that would motivate me to work out again. That is until I discovered Soul Tiger. All of the classes are amazing and I am truly enjoying every single one of them. The instructors are great, each bringing something unique to the table. My favourite is the inferno Pilates class, but I recently tried the new Combat class with Sammy and it was incredible! The energy and enthusiasm from both the instructor and other class members is contagious. I would highly recommend Soul Tiger.Thank you, Mel and the team at Soul Tiger!

The team is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The members themselves are very friendly as well. There is no pressure to perform, and the instructors are excellent. They make sure that you are doing it right, so you don't injure yourself and get the most out of the classes.The amenities and the whole place is extremely clean. Love it and you feel that you are part of a family, rather than a gym.

I found this amazing space 3 months ago and it has changed the way I see working out. Having suffered from various physical illnesses and then moving to Australia just before the lockdown, I have missed working out in a physical space. Mel and her team at the studio are amazing, they have created a space which inspires wellness, care and a real focus on breath work. If you want a space that inspires you to be a better you both physically and mentally then this is the place for you!!!

I’ve just finished my first inferno Pilates class at Soul Tiger yoga. It was amazing, perfect for all levels of fitness. Mel the instructor was fantastic & made me feel extremely comfortable. After the class I feel great, alive & looking forward to my next one. Thanks Mel & Soul Tiger.. I’ll be back.

As a beginner, from the time I walked into Soul Tiger I felt welcomed & at ease with my lack of experience. The instructors are all amazing. Highly recommend giving it a try, you’ll quickly become addicted like me!

The teachers are warm and welcoming, the facilities are great (classroom, bathrooms). Close and convenient location. Parking is always available. Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys Pilates, hot yoga and/or yin.
