Dr lidums and staff made me feel extremely uncomfortable. There over priced assessment nearly 1500, was very invasive and embarrassing, hand balled from one staff member to the next, some of them students all trying to persuade me into all on 4 dentures which I don’t need and refused to give me the treatment I do need(a couple crowns and a veneer) they kept saying they would get back to me with a treatment plan but never did not even a courteous call as to why, this must of happened a dozen times over some time. I’m left feeling hopeless out of pocket and have more dental anxiety then ever before. They also overcharged me on two separate occasions.Iv come to the conclusion they only want to do all on 4 dentures which they tried to forcefully persuade me into. A good dentist will always try to save a patients teeth first, all on 4 should be the last option.

I have just had my first appointment. I am blown away with the state of the art technology. The staff are not only very kind friendly and helpful, but talented too! If you are looking for a grade A service with a superb result. Lidums is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ++++++

Over the last month I’ve had a total mouth overhaul. I had all teeth porcelain veneered and needed 5 crowns. I’ve had a history of gum disease and receding gums and bad staining. I live overseas so I came especially back to Adelaide to have the work completed, Dr Lidums and staff worked very hard to accommodate my tight schedule without any compromise in quality.I can personally say that my experience was fantastic. The whole process was explained in detail and along the way felt that I was made fully aware of all my options. The staff are friendly and very professional and I feel that it was an extraordinary team effort. I believe that the practice has an excellent work culture and that stems from the top.Aesthetically and technically my teeth are perfect and my bite feels totally natural. I highly recommend Lidums Dental for any type of work.So it’s a big thumbs up from me and a massive thank you to the whole team.

These people are all over you when they want your money and for you to agree to surgery and they will have multiple people contacting you and trying to overwhelm you. But when you make a complaint… months later you are still waiting to hear from the person they have said will get back to you. The after care is terrible and expensive when you have already paid far more than anyone in Australia for the same surgery. Learn from my mistake and get at least 3 quotes before getting rushed and pressured into signing up with this company for major dental surgery.

Above and beyond what I would expected.My initial consult was called off when their staff noticed I was in a large amount of pain. They dropped everything and had removed 4 badly infected teeth on the spot to make sure I was ok before we even started talking about the implants.Once we decided on an action plan on the All-In-4 I was very comfortable and well looked after throughout the process.Dr Lidum is very knowledgeable, and I felt he always had my interests at heart. I love that he is straight down the line, you know where you stand with him at all times.The entire staff is friendly, and made me feel right at home the whole time. Being from out of town they booked me in at convenient times so I had as little stress as possible.A special shutout to Paula who was our main point of contact. Paula was a huge help to me personally with my anxiety issues and again, went well beyond what I expected.My confidence has increased.I know longer have to grow my beard long to cover my missing teeth.Thank you to the whole team!

I have been going to Lidum's for over three years now and had a huge fear of Dentists but I can honestly say Wendy has made each and ever visit as calming and relaxing....She is what I call simply the best......and I suffer huge from dental anxiety.......she just is so caring and compassionate to me...I am lucky to have met someone who takes away my anxiety in the chair...Her professional standards and caring for her patients is outstanding.

I have had a 5 year relationship with Lidums Dental and had the All-On-Fours procedure in 2013. My relationship with Lidums Dental had a hiccup along the way. However, Lydia Lidums listened to my concerns and we came up with a win-win solution. Andrew , who is the Head Dental Prosthetist worked in his own time to meticulously build my new ceramic bridges. The result is nothing short of perfect. The team work of the staff is clearly evident and I can honestly say that Lidums Dental has been awesome in working with me to ensure I received what I wanted and that I was happy with the end result. I've recently had my All on Four procedure done by Arnis and Team at Lidums. I have a huge phobia about seeing a dentist & I neglected my teeth, the Team listened to my fears, made me comfortable and checked in with me through the whole process. I elected to be asleep during my procedure (all done in one day!), this helped me greatly with my anxiety. I got to leave at the end of the day with a beautiful, natural smile that fit me perfectly.
