If I could give zero I would. Had a warranty issue like all the other negative reviews and they refused to cover although they had no evidence to reject the claim. They are the worst to deal with and obviously don't warranty anything they sell. BUYER BEWARE

WARRANTY: Bought spark plug leads and when tested one lead had 10 times the resistance than the other four leads. Returned to EAI and they advised they would have to be returned to the distributor for testing. They promised to send to distributor and get back within a week. I called back four weeks later, and they said they had not check the product yet. Later they called back and said they had tested them and claimed there was nothing wrong with the leads and refused to process refund. Advised the reason they could not test them when I returned them was the person who tests them, was in house and he was on holidays. This statement was different to the previous statement that they had to be returned to the distributor's for testing. This phone call was six weeks after first purchased and pointed out that when I need parts for my car, I cannot wait six weeks.I have been a customer of EAI for over 30 years and always been happy with their service. I suggest they could have tested the leads, in front of me, when I returned them, and then there would have been no argument. By the other one star reviews for EAI, that are also about EAI not honouring warranties, it would appear they never had any intention of giving me a refund for the faulty product.As with the other one star reviews, I concur that the story EAI tell me changes each time I speak to them.

i always get great service because i am a very attractive man. however, i have also reccommended them to far less attractive family and friends and they also claim great service.so i don't believe the service i recieve is based on my looks, which is a nice change. to them i am just another valued customer.

Team are above and beyond ACE! Smiles all around, products knowledge will make you really comfortable by all means plus you will be overwhelmed with what they have in store that you cannot find anywhere else with prices you would think it is a joke how cheap and reasonable they are, I use to say that Bunnings is the only place I go there for one item then buy ten items with a big smile on my face because I do need them all, but now I have a second place, called European Auto Imports, that I go there for one and leave happy with more!!!Also, please don't think they only selling European parts because of the name (European Auto Imports) at all, simply because they have so many different gadgets and parts that you cannot find anywhere else and I mean it.I have attached a photo of one item only that I was shocked when I saw it and bought three of them right away, I won't tell you the price but all I can say that you will be surprised in a positive way how (not only reasonable price but how cheap it is). As I said this is only one item.Whatever you may have in mind, 90% they may have it and if it's available in different store they will order it to this store at no extra charge and notify you when the item or the part arrived. Check out the photo and I will let you keep guessing till you visit this store and find out the price.Once again, thank you team for your great service

Was able to replace 2 complete drive shafts for less than the price Peders wanted to replace 2 outer boots.

did just witness the driver of this company's vehicle almost cause at least 5 accidents in box hill...not to mention getting out of his car to abuse the people in front of him for not being fast enough to go through the lights. Real professionals in this business? true sign of character? would hate to get on their bad side haha

MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT USEFine for parts until you have a waaranty issue.then do not want to know you,charge you for a replacement part then when you send faulty part back,find any excuse to reject it..When you put knew part on and it fixes issue that has to tell you something, Will not listen to any reason and if i wont to take any further it will be at my expense only,I have already paid out for there faulty partsAnd they wonder why people get upset with pathetic serviceAs regards to there response,pity they dont actually tell the truth about things,From the second i rang up i knew the would be no warraty and this just proved it.

Don't even bother claiming warranty on parts they sell you, major failure with a water pump shattering inside housing and cased more damage than possible,needed new timing belt,water pump pulley and labor cost money we didn't have then they said to send parts back then sent it back saying its not a manufacture problem, looks like were heading to court
