Location pretty central, however next to a venue with live music so it’s pretty loud,staff are rude and narrow minded avoid lots of other nice options. Now I know why it wasn’t too busy.. owners quiet rude! Not lqbtqi + friendly!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable . Not the friendliest place I’ve stayed at .We are smokers and the advert for this motel said it had designated smoking areas , which I am ok with , however the designated area was at the end of the car park and consisted of a sign , saying , designated smoking area and an ashtray fixed to the wall . It was either very hot ( no shade ) or very wet (raining) .Surely they could have a bit of shelter and a chair or two ! Not much to ask really . It was very undignified and demeaning to stand out there like that . The icing on the smoking area cake was the huge sign above our heads say .. SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED … with a picture of a dogWon’t stay again .

Honest speaking this is the cleanest room I'ever seen when I'm travelling around in WA regional area. I took a family room (that comes with two rooms) and everything is nice and comfy. The only thing that I think could be improved is there is a room with no air conditioning unit although there is a window given.

Wonderful 4 night stay in room with a view. The refurbishment material was chosen with care and attention to detail which made the room feel more comfortable. Nice seating and table made to feel like you lived there.Staff were efficient with rooms very clean. Able to walk to great food outlets.Onsite parking a bonus. Excellent!

Absolutely disgusting. Photos were not accurate. We booked the two bedroom apartment. Stains on the sofa. Place smelled of rust and mold. Such depressing accomodation. It ruined our trip and we couldn’t stay for another night, we left the next day even though we paid 3 nights. Asked for a refund and they refused. Horrible service. I am actively telling literally EVERYONE I know to avoid this place. They said that refund is not given part of their policy. We asked where that policy was stated and they refused to show us! AVOID.

Central location. Walking distance to everything in the centre of town.Always clean & well kept. Spacious well appointed rooms & if you get a top floor room, great views of the harbour too!Our favourite place to stay when in Albany!

As we had a wedding to attend at 2pm, I requested an early check-in of 12:30pm at the time of making my reservation. We got there to see if we could check in at 12:45pm and I was greeted with the most friendly and cheerful staff member who advised she had arranged for the cleaners to have our room ready early for us. Our room was freshly renovated, super clean, the bed was very comfortable and very reasonably priced!We also had a number of friends and family staying the same night and all were commenting on how great the staff & accommodation is. We will be staying again!

Lovely motel, clean and well presented rooms, and Kelly was so hospitable and accommodating given our situation with our van. Lovely place to stay!!!!!!!! Ty for having us
