Thomas, the Panel beater drove a van he should have been fixing, incurred tolls of over $30 and a speeding fine of $285 for driving 20km over speed limit. I have told him about it and he just seem so non-nonchalant and not providing the details of the person that drove the van.Very unprofessional and avoid by all means.

We booked a van for a family holiday 3 weeks before the intended date. We confirmed with her and she gave us pick up address and bond details. We called to confirm with her the night before she denied the booking. Stopped answering phone calls and text messages. The most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. They ruined our family holidays.

Trash Service!There is a Chinese mechanic and every time he services my car he forgets to check the lights, fit broken tyres and has a very rude attitude towards the customers.The boss (Emily) has some memory issues and tricky attitude.BEAWARE!!!

A friend recommended me to come here because he had a very good experience with them. I look at their reviews on Google map, I was quite sceptical as it has the lowest marks compare to most of the smash repairs.But after I talked to Emily and Frank, I think they are nice people indeed. They quote me a similar price compare to others but they offered me a rental car for free! So I decided to give them a try!Mate, seriously, check out the before and after photos. That's great work!I asked Emily, what happened with your Google map review?? She said there was a guy who rented a place in her garage and did awful jobs to mess up the reviews.BUT it's OK, they are very busy, obviously, people know they are good. I need to stay in the queue for a week to get my car repaired.

Rental car servicesIf you guys will pay full week rent they are not willing to refund your deposit. So always hold your last 2 weeks rent then return the car.

They all are theif. They are doing scam with all the peoples. They charge you rent more. Cars arr not good. Even you got a accident. They will take money from you and cant pay to insurance. They are totally scammer. Chinese and hong kong likes that. So be careful from these persons.

I did repair with one of the guy - Hussein and the service provided by him was less than 1 star. He did not repair and paint the car properly and they made the car so dirty. He did not even wanted to talk after I made the payment. I am not happy as I paid for him.Absolute rubbish service !!!
