I ordered an item from Japan through DHL (during COVID when everything had to be signed for, so nothing could be left at a doorstep without a signature) and I live on a busy road. Midstate Freight left the item unattended at my doorstep in full view of the street (against DHL's rules), it got stolen within 2 hours. I had to reorder said item from Japan again which obviously took another 3 week period to arrive. I contacted Midstate Freight multiple times and they never offered compensation for the product or anything, nor even an apology.
