My daughter has given us the job of having her dog clippers sharpened again at Coastal Sharpening as last time the result was excellent. Nice work

Extreamly rude and unproffessional and criminal.He is placing my clippers and blades at ransom for money. For services that were not asked or proir permission to carry out.He is trying to steal money of me.Basically there was no request for sharpening blades as he did this last week. He was supposed to just look at the clipper free of charge as he said it would be and tell me if it can be repaired.Unfortunately his wife was not competent and made a mistake in being able to pass a simple message onto him when she received the product at their door.Everything was left in the box including the blades in case he needed to have a look at it with the clipper for repairs.NOW Instead of repair, he insists on me buying a new set of clipper off him instead of bothering with repair. Giving no price comparison to the repair only saying his ones are better .I wanted to save my old clippers as they are very expensive clippers. And now he is demanding money for re sharpening blades which I never required him to do or asked him to do.He is now saying I will only not get my belongings back until I give him money for something he shouldn't have done.He needs to accept that his wife made the mistake and he also made a mistake in carrying out work which was not required or asked for.He is now hanging up the phone and ignoring phone calls. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to go to for business. This set up is not professional.

Best service on the coast. Been going there for 10 years or more, he's extremely fair with his pricing and I found the service nothing but good. He's definitely not the type of person to do unnecessary work if not needed.

Fantastic have been using them for 10 years and very happy. Just got new battery from them in December.
