I love “My health “, because Dr. Stephanie is a very good profesional, and excellent human being.When I have an appointment at “My health “, I feel happy, because I realized that I’ve found the place where you can express your feelings, emotions, Plans, PROJECTS, and more.Dr. Stephanie Theo, usually Asks the Essential questions to the Patient, who always feels confident with her, because she has a sincere smile all the time, and she’s very friendly AND prudent.She is my Doctor since 2017, and she has helped me , not only in my physical health ; she has helped me like a GP, psiquiatríst, Psychologie , or sometimes like your best friend.

Worse service ever.I have been a Myhealth customer for the last 3 years, I always have a good experience with the CBD practice BUT the Cremorne one is terrible because of their admin processes. 3 months after my medical consultation they called me to inform about a pending invoice (you could have charged me when I was there, I approached the reception to make sure everything was settled). Then after paying, they did not send me the invoice so I can claim back to my insurance, I had to call them and ask them for it.

I haven’t had a consistent GP for a few years but have been to see Dr Cosgriff three times in the last 2 months and have found him to be really thorough and will continue to use him as my ‘new’ GP

It is always a pleasure visiting this practice. I was always greeted as if I was a member of the family instead just a patient. Tanya ( the front desk receptionist ), is amazing and Dr David is always patient, generous with his time, understanding and is always willing to go the extra mile with my needs.
