I would like to complain. I bought the table chair and stoo setting one year ago. I asked customer service if it's ok outdoors I was told yes. One year later this setting has rusted. Awful now. Went instore to talk told to write an email to Bed Bath Table also the manager didn't know how to print a receipt. So I screenshot my payments with as proof. 3 emails sent to BBT last month & TODAY informed that my table etc was not suited for outdoors therefore they can't do anything.DO NOT BUY THIS $$$$ SETTING FOR OUTDOORS .Very very disapointed in my purchase

I have been into this store twice recently and on both occasions have been ignored by staff. Not a single hello or can I help you! I haven’t purchased from this store and don’t intend to as I don’t believe in supporting stores that don’t provide exceptional customer service. I hope you take this feedback and start to train your staff. The store wasn’t busy on either occasion
