Not the best Hungry Jacks I have visited. I rarely run into bad staff, so 5 star there. The food was good but could have been better presented. We also have pickles thrown into the bag, which was kinda weird if I had to be honest.

Terrible service. Told immediately to park in a waiting bay, but the spaces were being used by staff as parking. Waited 10 mins, handed minuscule ice cream cones, then 5 minutes later, received stone cold food, so I don't know what we were left waiting on. Order was missing bacon on the Whopper order after they double checked with us that we wanted bacon. Wouldn't recommend even if you were starving.

Fresh burger and ¾ full chips...ok.Atmosphere ZeroService Terrible.I waited close to 2 minutes to be served and 9 minutes to get my food. The kids back there had no urgency.

Hungry Jack's Burgers Kalkallo
Went there yesterday and had lunch with my family. HJ is not well known for his level of cleanliness and tidiness but this particular shop really made me decide to leave a review. No rush hour and no customers in the shop at lunch time yesterday. In the 30 minutes I was eating they have received 5 cars and zero customers for dining in. 5 staff (that I could see) chatting and going in and out leaving the desk unattended and none of the staff clean any tables, chairs or floor that were in a clearly messy status. Only 1 staff member after 20 minutes decided to remove the bag left on one of the tables but God forbid to clean or sanitise. I have taken photos of greasy windows and chairs caused by oily hands, food on the floor left for at least 30 minutes, etc. On a general level it is nice to have clean and presentable restaurants but especially under Covid I think it is a must (not to mention haccp regulations). If this is the situation in the public and presentable area I cannot imagine what the situation would be in the staff reserved areas. Seriously.. where is management?! One of the staff members left the counter wearing disposable blue gloves...went to the bathroom and came out still wearing gloves?! Anyway I let the pics that I have taken speak for themselves. I ll attempt to go there in a couple of months to see if the situation will change otherwise for the health and well-being of the community I will escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.

A rare visit to a HJ outlet for lunch, as I usually find their premises to be a little on the dirtier side compared to other equivalent places and the food average - but we were hungry & this was there. Waited 10+ minutes for our food, and all I can say about the premises, presentation & upkeep was that the place looked absolutely disgusting (18/06/2023).

I would honestly prefer to drink petrol from one of the bowsers at the petrol station than go to the hungry jacks inbound. Orders are almost never right, or ever made well. The other one across the highway

We had drive thru.Quality up to standard. Chicken a bit dry but the sufficient sauce in the burger made up for it.The staff didn’t put any napkins in the takeaway bag.For that price, it is what it is. Up to expectations.

Staff are really slow and should let people know if there are 20 minute wait times for 1 meal. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through bay and received a ’whopper’ with no lettuce and no sauces, just bread meat and cheese. Tried to call to make a complaint but no answer.
