Asked to have my food weighed as in preparation for a competition and GYG is one of the only take out places that you can make work within a diet. Had to buy 3 salads to get the amount wanted only asked for lettuce and chicken and cost $45 never had this problem at any other restaurant.

The Mexican/Latina girl who was handing out orders drivethrough at 4:50PM today was pretty rude with her facial expressions!! I order over intercom, paid at the second window and went to collect at the 3rd window. She opened the window and asked abruptly what I ordered . I said grilled chicken burrito , she frowned her face and asked me to produce proof via bank statement . She could have just asked the young lady who charged me, but she didn't. While I was look for statement she went in to do whatever and while I had screen showing on the window it timed out . She gave me another dirty look and said the screen had blanked out. When I produced the statement she stated I was only charged 10.50 and there is no burrito for 10.50. I said that is what the Young lady charged me and I just tapped with my arms stretched at the window. Who looks at it anyways, you just trust that they charge you right. She then made me pay 5.50 which is fair enough. I didn't come looking to pay cheap or a free burrito either. I have been there million times and have been served by several young kids and they are polite and happy. The young girl who charged me made a mistake, fair enough its acceptable. But this Latina girl seem to have some attitude hey!! She didn't even apologise at her team members mistake but made me feel like a free burrito grabber!!! This is not nice. She should keep her facial expressions to her self and learn polite customer service!!!

Quite a decent gyg in coffs harbour. we've stopped here quite a few times now while on our way to GC, and every time, it's been pretty good here.The food quality is quite decent but the staff is usually very confused. Seems like they're a bit uneasy with customers asking for recommendations/questions.Toilets are pretty decent, too.Love their churos! Try it with dulce de luce.

10/10 place my favourite thing to order is the rice burrito with chicken and beans. came in the morning wanting to get it but they had breakfast menu which is a horrible menu and should just have a full day menu but in morning have the extra options.

I’ve been eating at GYG for nearly 5 years now. Just moved Coffs Harbour, a couple of months ago. Huge difference in the portion size(smaller than in Sydney) the quantity of the rice, corn chips and guacamole is not consistent.Pick up orders have not bagged unless asked for! Most recent order- rice was undercooked.Long review- only because I’ll be going here more frequently and hoping things get better

Guzman yum yum. Personally I think the lunch and the dinner menu is much better than the breakfast. The Coffs Harbour store was neat and tidy.This store provides great drive service. And is located right opposite Bunnings. Plenty of parking in the area and on site.

Unfortunately this is was the most unappetizing Enchilada and Nacho's (Vegetarian)I've ever tasted!The Enchilada has no sauce and is filled with rice, capsicum, burn or raw onion and a couple of black beans. No re fried beans at all in either dish.I am So disappointed as the Byron Bay one was Beautiful food n beverage. The frozen margarita was sour and tasted like preservatives to boot...The little drive through restuarant was very cozy and not a lot of room for social distancing. The young man that served us was sweating profusely and the uncooked food was stacked up in view of everyone with nothing sealing them.I could not stay in this restaurant as I felt very claustrophobic and the noise was overwhelming. Sorry but for my Husband and I this was not a nice experience , plus a $50 meal neither of us want to eat...

I do love GyG, but this one uses meat with quite a lot of fat for their slow cooked beef. Also, when using the app to order, the food takes way longer than when ordering at the counter.

Despite having many things encouraging you to use the app they clearly don't know how to use their end of it. Waited 20 mins to be handed food that had probably been sitting there the whole time. Disgraceful

Ordered on menulog. Nachos stale, big chunks of beef, missing fries. I seems they just don't care enough to take pride in their work and just slapped it together and then took their time delivering it. Honetly gross. Not my first negative experience with this store but will be my last. Alas i foolishly ordered again on menulog waited 45 minutes, driver at the restaurant (the restaurant does its own deliveries) then they cancelled. Absolutely horrible service.
