They are toilets. I believe Council cleaned. At times they are well presented, at others bloody terrible.

Very nice, very clean, but stocked with the thinnest nastiest toilet paper ever devised. Clearly intended as a method of torture. Being forced to use this should be considered a war crime and punished by the United Nations. Bring your own and luxuriate in splendour. Some nice soothing music would also help the atmosphere, so you might want to pack a bluetooth speaker and listen to something jazzy while you ponder the mysteries of life.

Two Wells public toilets and park near the Adelaide Plains Council Office have been updated. Modern park with BBQ facilities and rest benches if you need a quick stop to empty rubbish and visit the bathroom. It's changed the street scape and bringing Two Wells into a new era. Lots of new homes nearby and only 20mins from Pt Adelaide on the northern expressway. You can also stop here to visit the pub on the way to Balaklava races when their on.Really quiet nice place to stop for with a picnic basket and let the kids play on the lawn area.

The nicest thing I can say about this facility is that is was there when I needed it.And it was clean.
