I would give more stars if I could. The food there is exceptional. It might be better to go there with an empty stomach as the portions of their dishes are very generous. Be aware especially if you're ordering lots of extras with your eggs on toast. And the green juice! It's great. Period.You will be greeted by the charming staff. They're making sure the food is satisfying you.Oh, Chai tea always comes with honey without asking. Yes, I like extra honey on my Chai tea. And Muffins... I can't stop commenting on every single dish. Anyway, they're good. I totally recommend dining there.

Service was shocking. Blamed us for messing up several food orders. Didn’t bring cutleries. Ordered beef pie. Brought out chicken pie because “they don’t have beef” although it was on the menu. Did not warn us. Argued with another table due to messing up coffee order. 1 star due to good food. Worse customer experience I’ve had in my entire life.No apologies for messiness, told us to accept that they were busy, and said “we are going in circles here and don't have time for this. What do you want me do about it?. We would be more than happy to be flexible if service and communication was good.Date attended: 20/5/23 - 1pm"

This cafe is has a nice ambience and the food is very good. The servings are generous.The customer service is atrocious. We waited half an hour before I politely enquired. The girl gave me attitude “you should have been told it’s a 40 minute wait” (I was not informed). No apology, recognition that the wait was very long.Our order arrived however we were still waiting for a smoothie. Hey presto- it arrived in 2 minutes. Still no apology.I went to pay- all other customers had their orders confirmed prior to paying and were also asked “how was everything”I did not get the same treatment- just told the total amount to pay. That was it.To the owners of this cafe- I do not mind waiting if I am made aware at the time of ordering. Your staff should be checking in with waiting customers and not ignoring them. Basic customer service is lacking in these young girls with terrible attitudes.

SO GOOD!Visiting Blue mountains we ended up here, everything was so tasty and fresh.Got the soup of the day and hands down it was one of the tastiest soups ever.The smoked salmon was also very fresh!The staff was very nice and friendly and the vibe was very nice and cosy.You should def try it!

Good food, good spot but the service is a joke! A pre-prepared sandwich took 30min to serve, and a toast and avocado took 40mim to serve. When we asked the staff when our food would be ready, and this girl with long curvy hair gave us 5-star attitude and told us the waiting time is normal, without a sense of embarrassment! This is what we paid for: shortage of staff, inefficient service and horrible way of client services.

Fabulous coffee, very sweet without added sugar and a caramel overtones. The eggs were poached to perfection, with buttered Turkish Bread and crispy bacon. Our server was very attentive, I would definitely recommend stopping in for a bite to eat or even just a coffee!

I would really recommend this place, I was just passing, looking for a coffee, but when I entered the 2 lovely ladies made me feel so welcome. And the coffee and food were so good. Greetings from a Colombian.

Definitely lives up to the high reviews! The food was exceptional and went beyond what you would expect! I had the barramundi special with a bean stew that was really unusual and extremely delicious! My wife had the bruschetta which was simple but effective! Service was a bit rushed but given how busy it was, I'm not surprised! Overall a thoroughly brilliant lunch!
