Excellent service by Andrew! Went in for a battery check without the intention of buying. Battery tested and was told it would still have about 6 months to it! Ended up replacing my battery as i was planning on installing dash cam

Excellent service.My car battery died, so I started on the Batteryworld website which was very easy to use and offered me two choices of battery for my car. I chose the premium option and then selected Platinum Fitment.Received both email and text next business day saying I could come in.Battery was installed professionally and warranty terms explained.I also asked them to fit a bluetooth battery monitor whilst there which was no trouble.Highly recommend this business.

Went in for a battery for my 99 Corolla. Very friendly man came out to check what was in my car. Came back and fitted the correct battery in about 5 minutes. Good price and excellent service. Five stars.

In desperate need of a battery on a Sunday, Andrew happened to be in the store when we drove up. He unlocked the door and assisted us with our needs. So grateful and what amazing customer service. What a legend!!

They don't honour warranties. Purchased a Yuasa battery with 36 months warranty and died at 18 months. No help, vehicle was tested and no faults with alternator or parasitic drain. Their excuse in the end was I didn't have the paper receipt copy, so much for nation wide warranty I don't carry all my receipts in a glove box!

Tim was so helpful, I was stuck at marion and he offered to walk over to jump start me. Highly recommend. Great service and well priced batteries too :)
