The service that Naomi Anderson of Aged Care Ready offer is absolutely priceless!! She guided us through all the options for Dad when Mum passed away suddenly. From caring for him at home to respite and ultimately his permanent care arrangement. She inspected facilities, asked questions of the management we didn't even know to ask & found a place that matched him socially, medically, geographically & financially. I will forever be grateful for the assistance Naomi provided in one the most challenging times of our lives. I cannot recommend Naomi and Kirsty more highly! They were so lovely to deal with, nothing was too much trouble! We initially started with them to help with My Aged Care, we then needed to pivot to nursing home care. Their experience, compassion and understanding was invaluable.
