It is pretty expensive but the environment is wicked, big metal gates that lead down a flight of stares into a red gym.Very cool experience but expensive entry fees & for someone who isn't in the gym too often it's not worth paying 15$ for 20 - 40 minutes of hitting a bag or lifting weights.

I've had my fair share of gyms over the years from Anytime Fitness, Derrimut, Goodlife but I have to say that I love Iron Industry the most. Staff treats you so well and makes you feel at home. As for the equipment, it has everything you need for which ever body part you're training. My favourite part though, is the atmosphere the gym gives off. It's unlike any other gym I've ever been too. Highly recommend.

Recently moved from interstate and have tried a number of gyms in Adelaide. Iron Industry has to be my favourite gym. Great gym, plenty of equipment. I really like the set up. Spacious as well. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed my session here.

No visit to Adelaide is complete without a session at Iron Industry Gym.Tucked away beneath Gouger St, this first-rate lifters' paradise has a great range of plate and pin loaded machines as well as free weights. Plenty of benches and space to work out. It's clean, well-maintained and the lighting is a nice change from brightly-lit gyms.Trainers and staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions.Casual sessions - $15

Iron Industry Gym
It was my first gym in Adelaide but from now, I don't have to go to other gym. There are so many bench presses and variety of machines for chest, back, leg, and so on. I was motivated by the facillities and kindness of the staff managers. I strongly recommend this gym.
