Not just the worst experience I've had with a real estate agency but worst experience with any business

Honestly, they have a bad customer service.I am not blaming everyone on the company... But be careful if you are going to be working with them, since they skip the contracts and do not fulfill bespoken requirements about the property, as cleaning services, repairs, quotes... etc.I hope they get better being honest with the client, so nobody else get issues or headackes.

Laura and the team were absolutely amazing we recently just sold our house and bought a new property through them and we could have asked for better service. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an agent.

I recently had a very disappointing experience working with Belle Property real estate. Unfortunately, their poor communication made the entire process a frustrating and stressful one.Right from the start, it was evident that Belle Property agents did not prioritise good communication. It was difficult to get in touch with them, and when we did manage to connect, they often seemed hurried and uninterested in answering our questions or addressing our concerns. It was almost as if they were trying to avoid us.Their lack of communication created a lot of confusion and led to several misunderstandings throughout the process. We were left feeling like we didn't really know what was going on, and it was up to us to chase down information and updates. It was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, and we definitely did not feel like valued clients.Overall, I cannot recommend Belle Property real estate agency. Their poor communication made the entire experience much more stressful and difficult than it needed to be. If you are looking for an agency that will prioritise good communication and keep you in the loop every step of the way, I suggest looking elsewhere.Ryan Houston from PRD is a great place to start.

We rented an apartment through Belle for three years and were lucky enough to have Jess Compaan as our property manager. We found Jess very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions or issues, and we felt she strove to fairly represent the interests of both the property owner and tenant. Thanks Jess!

My experience with Laura, Montana and the team at Bell has been excellent.I found them to be extremely professional and friendly from beginning to end. Always keeping me informed on relevant happenings as they occur. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend the team to anyone wishing to buy or sell property.
