Lash Envy Melbourne

I've been getting lash lifts and tint here a few times with Jasmine and I love it! People often don't believe they're my natural lashes because her work is amazing. After a month my lashes are still quite lifted. The experience was always comfortable and they treat you so well. I also got the after-care serum for lashlift by Elleeplex which I use every night to maintain the curls and grow long healthy lashes. The serum is affordable and lasts almost a year.

Have recently started going to Lash Envy in Ascot Vale and have been having my lashes done by Jasmine. She is an absolutely delightful girl, that is professional and does fantastic lashes.She answers all of my questions when I have asked, being a fairly new person to lash extensions and she takes the time out to explain things.She makes you feel comfortable and is very welcoming. I am so glad I made the move to a new lash salon. I highly recommended the service provided and five stars for Jasmine all the way!

Had a eyelash lift and tint. Love the lift and the tint on the top lashes. However sadly there was no tint on the bottom lashes. I specifically asked if they were tinted on the bottom and was told there was colour there. There was none. So disappointed. What was done was good though.NB: Would just like to say to the owner, that no one has contacted me about doing the bottom lashes. I thought this was a great gesture on your part. However maybe it was just words to look good since it’s about maybe 4 days since you said this. And now I have left Melbourne. No one contacted me. Got them done properly at another place. Much cheaper and a better job. Very slack service. I revised my star rating.

I’ve been to a few different places and seen a quite a few therapists for lash lift and tint, but Sunita gets the best curl from my lashes and her work lasts 2-3 months. She’s the best lash artist I’ve met and also such a sweetheart. So happy with my lashes!

Sad to say that I am really disappointed with my lashes and the service I received an observed throughout my appointment. The whole experience felt rushed and there was no pride taken in the work. It took someone about 10 minuets to greet me after I had walked in, with a very blunt 'do you have an appointment', they couldn't even muster a 'how are you' or half a smile.I decided to try the hybrid lash set, as I have had a few people recommend them to me. The end result was almost laughable. The lashes were so heavy & straight- they had no nice shaping whatsoever, I was genuinely embarrassed by them. I quickly paid for them as I was in such shock at how they looked ($130 later...., fortunately for me it's been 3 days and half of the lashes have come out- began falling out basically as soon as I left the salon- I barely touch them and they are just falling out. A complete waste of money, very expensive- I've had plenty of lash extensions and never had so many fall out so soon.To be honest, the whole appointment was rushed, probably as they were running behind and had back to back bookings. The conversation I was observing from the staff at points was extremely crude and bordered on offensive.Really disappointed given how much I paid- won't be returning.

The staff were lovely and friendly. And they seemed to have built a good report with their customers from the conversations I could hear happening a round me.I had eyelash extensions done here. Price are fairly expensive, however I was willing to pay if it meant I had lashes that after two weeks didn't pull on my eyelids and cause me discomfort. However, after two weeks they were pulling and digging into my eye lids. This is the same result I could get from finding somewhere that charges a lot less money to lash.My second issues was that for the price I paid it took a long time to lash and my lashes were not that full and fanning out oddly. I was booked with a Master lash tech and not an apprentice which on the website meant would be quicker and more skilled. I believe the tech knew this, as soon as I sat up she commented that the next time I booked I should get volume refills as they would look more full then the hybrid. I believe that regardless of what set you choose, your techs first comment when you open yours eyes should not be a comment to defend their work. It doesn't install confidence in their work.I am leaving this review because I am someone who has been getting lashes for 10 years. I know what I good set of lashes feels like. I know how difficult it is to find a great lash tech. I tried a chain this time, one that claimed on its website to be the best in Melbourne and I was left disappointed.

I’ve been coming to Lash Envy for the last 7 months, and Nat is my go to girl. I must admit I have never maintained a regular routine with lashes until I met Nat. She has been absolutely wonderful in making me feel comfortable.I genuinely look forward to seeing her every two weeks. My lashes are consistently done well, and the level of care and attention that goes into my session with Nat doesn’t go unnoticed. Her customer service skills are outstanding. She is incredibly professional yet Nat is very warm and relatable, a real gem, I’m glad to have found her.

I came in for lash extensions, my lashes were very damaged from the previous salon ruining them.Natalie is amazing she managed to fill them without damaging my natural lashes and after just 2 sessions she had them looking super fluffy and light weight, perfect lashes !100% recommended!Thanks girls <3

What a wonderful experience my first visit was. It’s been several years since I’ve had lashes and I was looking for somewhere local and I’m so glad I chose to visit here. I was taken care of by Sunita, and she did the most wonderful job! I’ve already rebooked my appointments until Christmas and am returning next week to get a brow makeover. No doubt I’ll be happy with that too. Thank you for taking care of me and I look forward to becoming a regular xxxx

Absolutely love lash envy, and all their wonderful Ascot Vale staff, I’ve been going to this salon for lash extensions for 4+ years and have never had a problem. Cannot recommend them enough!
