Moruya French Hotbread
Lots of variety in pies and sausage rolls each. Cakes and slices are beautiful and fresh sandwiches can be made to order or rolls. Friendly staff.

Pie was really bad, sausage roll was uneatable! It was like eating a sponge full of pepper. The coffee is too hot to drink and we have reached Batmens Bay. Avoid this Bakery!

I m not sure who writes these positive reviews. Based on all the glowing reviews we decided to skip Bodalla bakery and go here. The sausage rolls were average at best; highly processed filling, quite small, obviously had been sitting there awhile. It was the thick shakes though which were a disaster. Word of advice- a thick shake has milk, flavour and ice-cream and you put it under the mixer until it’s thick. You don’t take milk, ice cubes - mix for 10 seconds, place dollop of ice cream and some flavour then put on the lids. These were undrinkable and my wife threw hers away after trying to choke down a few mouthfuls. $7 each. We re not entitled city tourists, we re country people who don’t kick up a fuss but just expect decent quality for what you pay. The girl making the milk shakes obviously needs training- not just to wing it and hope it turns out. Unfortunately the other staff don’t speak English so nobody is really ensuring consistency and quality of product and service. Won’t be going back.

This was a surprise visit. Walking around town looking for fishing gear. Noticed a large contingent of locals were using this cafe. Tried the cafe with my wife. Excellent food, very good prices. Highly recommend you walk around the corner from the main drag.
