Genquip Power Products

Have used Genquip Generators for many years and not had any problems with their products, problems only arise if you dont follow user guide lines laid down by GenquipWhen i have needed parts and filters their service has been excellent, next day delivery.

I had the need for a portable 12 volt and 240 volt power supply to run various lights and charge my lap top and mobile phone whilst camping and not having access to a mains power supply, I researched the internet and found various power supplies that would meet my needs, the biggest one being that i could charge the power supply via a solar panel.I came across a product from Genquip that I hoped would meet my needs, being a little dubious about the low cost compared to other solar powered power supplies, I rang and spoke to Paul who put my mind to rest about the quality, functions and performance of the Eco Box, having had the Eco Box for over 6 months and using it exstensively over the christmas break I am more than impressed with its performance and compact size, cant wait to use it over the easter break.Thanks Genquip for making my camping adventures easier.

Made in China.Do not honor their warranty and currently have a complaint lodged with DFT in NSW .After 3 months of ownership,the dealership that serviced it for Genquip,left the air filter off,spark plug not fitted properly,and too precious to use ordinary fuel??????......When the generator stopped,they would not repair under warrenty.STAY AWAY.

Purchased a Gi2000 over 4 years ago and generator has been terrific, operating near the ocean in a harsh salt and sand environment, this machine is as tough as old boots, after sales service from Genquip PP excellent
