Western Roadworthy & Service Centre

The guys are yelling at me because apparently I was parked in there private car park even though there was no sign saying private car park. So stupid for them active way they did.

Just moved into the area and needed a Roadworthy done on one of our cars. First experience Steve and the team was exceptional; provided great advice, reasonable pricing and all with a smile. Thank you and we will be bringing other vehicles back for our future servicing needs.

There is a reason why Steve and his crew have so many 5 stars ratings. They are good at what they do and are very professional. Have been servicing my cars at this business for over 5 years now and I am happy with the service.I had found Steves machanic shop through desperation as I had been through two other mechanics in the local are with one needing to replace my bushes every 2-3 services (realised something was not quite right when in the waiting room at receiption the two ahead of me also required bushes with one upset customer asking to show proof of the same bushes issue, when it got to my turn they had to take a call and you guessed it the service costed more because the had to replace bushes again) and the other one serviced my car and returned it with the engine riding really rough (when I told them that it was riding rough and it was not how it was before service they said it's normal after taking it for a test drive). Took it to Steve and he found the problem in minutes, one of the spark plugs was faulty they had replaced in the recent service.Keep up the good work Western Roadworthy and Service.

Terrible service with rude arrogant staff, that think they know better than you. Do not come here, unless you not only want to be ripped off but your day to be ruined.Threatened to call the police just for questioning their methods. Pathetic!Steve then has the audacity to lie on his response below stating I use these and other bins repeatedly which is not true. Not only did I not state this but I apologised for my actions. What Steve fails to mention is that he continued to abuse me, sweating and getting aggressive, whilst I remained calm took the rubbish j could reach back, and the fact that his unlocked bins were on a public nature strip.Merry Christmas Steve, sounds like you really need a commonsense and decency check.Still pathetic service and man.

Got good service to change over a couple of tyres. Also given a recomended company that could help with wheel aligments. Friendly happy staff.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish from Steve and the guys. Quick, friendly and professional, what more could you ask for. Will be back for my next car and would recommend this place to anyone.
