Went to Mobile Experts at Grand Central to have a phone possibly repaired and Aaron at the shop advised that it was a very simple fix insteadof a costly one. I highly recommend his honesty and efficiency as well as the other staff members input. The service and communication was some of the very best I have come upon. Keep up the outstanding work.

Bad very bad they put bodgy cheap non genuine iPhone screens in that when you put your phone away for the night and turn it back on the screen has tapped the passcode in so many times you have to reset your iPhone not to mention the durability of the screen is terrible one little drop and it’s smashed again even with a case and screen protector unlike a genuine iPhone case

I purchased a new phone from this place. It became locked for some reason within 7 days. I had to do a phone rezet and lost all of the data that was transferred. I requested that they retransfer the data for me and they said they were too busy. Sent me downstairs to another phone company to do it. Cost $150. Really unhappy with the poor service. Cannot recommend them.

My phone's screen started flickering a couple of days ago, and within hours had died pretty much completely; just a quick flash of white each time I tried to start the phone up. Thought I had no hope of a resolution, I started looking at replacement phones (e.g. Gumtree, eBay etc). Couldn't hurt to see if an 'expert' could fix it, so went to Mobile Experts, in Toowoomba. Showed the staff'er the problem; he did a couple of quick checks, and said I needed a whole new screen assembly; be as good as new! 40 minutes later, new screen assembly fitted, tested, and I was on my way again ... a happy man! Very impressed! Great service; can't recommend highly enough.

I had a problem with my phone. At very short notice, the phone was fixed and at a good price. Staff went out of their way to help me.Good old fashioned service.Highly recommended.

He was honest and instead of charging me to fix phone saw their was paper in phone port and got it out so it now chargers again.

Visited the Grand Central store while I was in Toowoomba for the weekend to enquire about back glass replacement on my iPhone 11. The staff were really friendly and seemed happy to answer all my questions. They explained the process of back glass replacement to me and suggested a shockproof case to prevent further damage in the future. Super happy with the service I recieved, and the time they took to help me out
