Big shout out to Michael and his wonderful business and the team he employs. The service was impeccable the staff were knowledgeable friendly and nothing was a trouble for them.Bargain prices what more could you ask for. I will be back soon to buy more quality materials at a great price. Michael deserves to do very well for himself as he puts his heart and soul into assisting his customers. Quite possibly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We have been trying for over 2 weeks now to see pavers listed. Finally, drive all the way from Gold Coast to see them, and no-one even there. I would not recommend this Company at all. Stay Away..

Order placed. Amount paid but no response from them. Trying to chase but no luck. They put us on hold when we call and never get back. So many of voicemails sent but no response from them.

Could not fulfil the order then took 6 weeks to refund, and only did so after I lodged a dispute with my bank and a complaint with Office of Fair Trading when they wouldn't return calls or emails.Edit in response to owner: laughable that you follow up with further dishonesty. You told me all options had been exhausted then I asked for a refund the first time. Eventually you offered the same product, not better or discounted, 5 weeks after originally telling me you could not source the product and therefore offering a refund. I had already sourced an alternative and lodged a complaint with Office of Fair Trading before you made contact. These claims are absolutely false.

Note 1: surplus in the name means some timber is off-cut or rejected ( split etc). But 5-start for being transparent.Note 2: You pay for full length, even if half of it not usable for your application. up to you to do math or find shorter length. you have to estimate how much stock they have and if it is enoughNote 3: Other buyers might have moved stuff. A pile saying spotted gum can have random stuff in it. It is assumed you know your stuff.Note 4: splinter alert! bring glovesBUT, if for you project, you are looking for some feature rich timber it is an amazing place.want to make a bookshelf that each shelf has its own story? This is the place!

Do not waste your time! Just take your money then give excuses. Don’t answer the phone, no one on web chat, no email reply. When you finally get them they have no idea what is happening. Beyond bad

The reviews vary with this company but my experience was great. I had a friendly staff member helping me and three other customers at the same time, she did a great job circling back to me. She wasn't to familiar with pricing but she did her best to find out for me.From what I heard there stocking system isn't up to date yet so I would recommend inquiring about there stock levels before making online orders.

Placed an order (given sales order with a price) for stair treads in December 2021. Called the twice over the next 2 months was told I would receive a call back, no call. April 2022 I call for an update, all of a sudden, they have them in stock but they’ll be 40% more in price. No explanation of why it’s taken so long, no apology. This company is a joke.Edit after owners response:It is disappointing that your offer does not include doing the right thing and honour the sales order but, for me to ring you for more explanation. If you have 7 ads on Facebook marketplace, stating that you have stair treads constantly available, then global timber prices wouldn’t matter as my order would have been supplied in a timely manner and I would not be waiting 3.5 months while prices increased. The staff member I spoke to has a very distinctive voice. It was her I spoke to on the last 2 calls and I can almost guarantee that I was her I placed the original order with, in person. You are correct, it is not good enough.

Bloody Amazing !!!!!Big Thanks Michael for such a fast turnaround on the decking we needed for our deck.The delivery driver was awesome!! He dropped it as close to the house as he could. Was super polite and quick. Managed to squeeze his truck down the driveway and turnaround in a very small space.Timber is as ordered. Great quality, great range of lengths. Beautiful colours.Will definitely be back for more as the quality and service is awesome.

Waited 3 weeks with no updates on order. Threatened a chargeback if they didn't get their act together and suddenly they are promising a delivery next Tuesday... then Wednesday...Thursday comes around and no delivery. Friday they out-of-the-blue refund the whole order. Complete waste of time
