I bought a 1.5t excavator and a 45hp tractor from UHI, and it was delivered to me by Ben and the team at UHI Brisbane. I'm very happy with the machines, they do what they promised to do and they do it well. I'm also very happy with the service I received from Ben and the folks at UHI Brisbane, who organised delivery for me. Recommanded!

Purchased a mini excavator from Alex in 2020, great machine for the price.After sale service is excellent, communication lines always open.I had some issues (my fault as new to operating) that Alex and his team quickly resolved for me on several occasions. Can't speak higher about Alex and his team for the service they provide.

Just bought a 1.5 ton machine from these guys. As I got it home and played with it for an hour the hydrolic pump cog slipped and got ruined. They came out the next day all the way to Cranbourne and replaced that part. Small issue but was handled very well. Very impressed with the service.

Thanks to everyone who has been so helpful and friendly with my purchase, the sales team Office accounts and Qld depot staff extremely smooth and easy delivery. Friendly hand over . Only problem is now I don't have any excuses for not digging in the garden my wife has cut my morning tea back from 2hours to 30 minutes. So I can get all the garden cleared and plants in. Thank you Alex and the team.

I'm very happy with my little 1.2 tonne excavator being a very capable little machine. While it recently developed a fault and strip down for diagnosis, a quick call to Harry at UHI who gave great advice and explanation I added pictures of the faulty item onto the warranty claim portal, a new part arrived in 24 hours, hassle free, easy and one now totally satisfied customer. Peter FennellI received my UHI654 Tractor from Alex and the team and they were super helpful with organising delivery and Special thanks to Harry in customer service and Angela in accounts there service was outstanding and i would recommend buying off these guys anytime. now off to play on my new toy.

Biggest mistake ever buying their tractor!Tractor came with no brakes, nearly killed me as I went down hill and had to jump of it as the breaks failed and they are denying responsibility.Even after they “fixed” it I sent a video of me pressing the breaks and tractor doesn’t stop…Should never have sold my Case to buy this…Now I’ll have to spend money and time taking them to tribunal…

--- December 2020 ---This is one hell of a machine. They say you get what you pay for and I have to say after putting the LG938 to work my expectations have risen significantly. Considering the price I would have been happy if it did just good enough" but it really surprised me.I was also very impressed with the UHI team considering the small size of the business. It's really different from working with a larger company where it can be hard to get a hold of people. The same sales rep has been answering my calls every time. The only time I had to deal with anyone else was when I had a technical question and they hopped on video chat to walk me through the whole process.It makes me wonder how other companies aimed at small rural and agricultural businesses can justify their price tags. I got three attachments with the wheel loader and their excavators come with eight attachments.I just needed something to move some soil so I didn't want to spend too much however for the cost and due to the extras I've been putting it to work in all kinds of ways. Now I want to see what their excavators are like.--- January 2021 ---I've had a lot more hands-on experience with this wonderful machine. I didn't really have high expectations due to it's price but it's really a tank.During the night a tree fell on it. Only one of the lights got some damage.Due to extreme rains the soil was loose and it slid down hill in to a creek but since it was still upright I could just drive it out.It's gone over every kind of terrain and weather conditions you get in my area without any hassles.There was even a rookie accident where the bucket was raised too high while dumping on soft soil and the wheel loader fell over and nothing broke. I was really surprised when the expected carnage turned out to be nothing more than a few scratches to the paint after it was flipped back upright.The only thing I have to say though is that due to the recent rain I'm going to need to get some chains for the wheels. The machine is really amazing for it's price but all wheel loaders struggle with mud
