Aramex Adelaide

Requested a parcel to be delivered to my work office. Mentioned in delivery notes to leave at reception. Instead Amarex delivered the parcel at 7:15am and left it in some bushes next to a busy footpath. Good way to have hundreds of dollars worth of goods stolen. Luckily another office workers saw it and took it inside.

Worst courier service as I have received my parcel today. Delivery lady she parked her van far way from my apartment. When I asked her to park her van near my apartment. She refused. when I went to her i requested to use the trolly she said it’s between the parcel I can’t take it out. She didn’t even help me to deliver the parcel to my apartment. As my apartment is at first floor. I was struggling to take my parcel to my apartment.

Really, this site should allow for negative stars.They supposedly tried 3 times to deliver a package to my address.Sorry we missed you"I work from home so I know they never tried.After the second failed attempt I even sent them Google coordinates

**June Update - another wrong delivery from this company - left at neighbour 5 doors away on porch - neighbour was home they didnt ring bell - address was correct on label. I wish wineries could use alternative services**NO notification of impending delivery, called Branch and NO ANSWER, asked for redeliver 2 days later, nothing turned up.CHAT told me to keep checking the website. Very disappointed... I had a delivery coming today. In the email it was stated that if no one was home then the parcel will either be left in a safe place "or taken back to the depot. When I arrived home the parcel was literally sitting halfway in my driveway for everyone to see..... Lucky I wasn't gone long or I wouldn't of had a parcel to come home too.. completely unacceptable."

Had to give one star to be able to leave feedback. Very bad service it took 10 days for my item to get from Sydney to Adelaide and 12 days after I ordered it I still have not received it.Update I ordered another item from Sydney on the 28th June and it was delivered 30th June......NOT BY ARAMEX it was delivered by Australia post.

I thought to myself that it's quite strange that my address is in a non serviced area, and I can't get hold of anyone in the company.Then I read the reviews! Wow!They have the delivery address at the time of booking, I even got a notification saying that the parcel is out for delivery, then another notification a few hours later saying I'm in a non-serviced area and parcel is being returned to depot!? Why not notify me before even loading up the parcel or when the sender entered the delivery address?Or have the driver call me so I can come get it from him somewhere at least.Seriously people, you need to work on customer service and having more people involved in managing logistics.Look forward to hearing from you.

This company is a disgrace. They NEVER update their tracking and contacting them is worse than pulling teeth. My current parcel has been sitting in limbo for a week and we really needed it. I had no idea the seller I purchased from used Aramex - if I knew that, I honestly would not have purchased.Businesses - if you use this company, make sure you let your customers know and have an alternative option. I'd personally rather pay for a decent service.If I could give 0 starts, I would but I was forced to give one to be able to post a review.Delivery my parcel for goodness sake!

Had 2 packages picked up on the 19th of December in Adelaide and have still not been scanned into the Adelaide depot. No one in Adelaide answers the phone ever and when you send an email enquiry all you get is the generic copy and paste response of we will contact the courier and get back to you and no one does. How can it take over 2 weeks to contact a courier? You know who picked up the parcels, you have the couriers details and why aren’t they in the Adelaide depot after 2 weeks still? Lies lies and more lies. I’ve worked in the industry and that’s not how things work. You know exactly where you drivers are. Awaiting your generic copy and paste phoney apology to this review with no follow up. Find my parcels or I’m contacting police for lost items and possibly lost courier too. I’m sure his family is missing him

No delivery as notified on the dayUnable to phone company just a recorded message on repeat. Went to website and after two chat boxes I was redirected to a page where I was asked to pay a refundable $2 to get expert advice and information on my parcel. Obviously just to get my card and CRV no. Also I contacted the Sydney office and told I will get a response in two working days.Picked up my parcel from the depot myself. And was served by an extremely pleasant young man who was very helpful and knowledgeable. So not all bad.
