Ballina West Shopping Centre
Four of us had lunch at the tavern here, grt selection on the menu to choose from. We all enjoyed our meals and friendly atmosphere here. The staff were just lovely, even came to the table to ask if we enjoyed our meals. Very clean surroundings, we will definately go back when we are next in Ballina. Check it out next time yr down that way.

Ballina West Shopping Centre
The reason I visit Keywest shopping centre is because I attend the fabulous Seniors Gym and Wellness Centre there run by Integrated Living. I have been going twice a week for almost a year and it has improved my fitness, mobility, and quality of life. The exercise physiologists are all excellent young people who give really good advice.

Worth a visit to Spar supermarket for local produce and the chemist has some cheap bathroom heigine stuff like $1 dove soaps, $2 hand wash and shampoo

Great local Shopping Centre, Fantastic Bakery, our local Drs Surgery, Adrian and the girls at the Pharmacy. News agency and Post Office facilities, plus Spas Supermarket, which has fantastic Deli.

Keywest Shopping Centre .. is an accessible , spread out local shopping complex in West BallinaI enjoyed a relaxing few hours at Westower TavernPlus did a little checking out & shopping at some of the stores in Keywest Shopping CentreThe Butcher has a large array to choose from .. I recommend their beef jerkyThere's also including - bakery , chemist , post office , newsagency & a grocery storePlus a BWS drive thru bottle stopCarpark spaces are semi a plenty
