Amazing experience at a new place. The food is delicious and the friendly staffs made our dinner enjoyable. I personally loved their effort to serve the modern South Asian cuisine in western suburban. I loved their decoration and seating capacity, there is a huge party centre upstairs and I will defiantly book it for any special events with family and friends. In terms of the foods, it is so delicious and several items in the menu. Great family restaurants to enjoy quality food and service.

Delicious food, nice environment, clean and tidy. A very good Bangladeshi cuisine. The pricing is also reasonable. Located in Truganina, a western suburb of Melbourne. They have a very good sitting arrangement downstairs. The upper floor can be hired for parties. There’s ample parking spot available. You can dine in or takeaway. Will definitely go again. Highly recommend.

Went there by checking their good review. Horrible customer service. Complained the owners about it and they act if it is an usual behaviour! Highly priced food in small quantity. Foods were not fresh, taste dull. Not going to the restaurant further.Avoid paid reviews - we are the sufferer!

Wow, what an amazing experience! One word (that does not do the job but I’ll do it anyway): Breathtaking! Best biryani in the Melbourne. The intimate setup is perfect for date nights or small group gatherings. Everything on the menu is cooked with love, so prepare to sample a variety of dishes. The service is joyfully informative and timely. The owner provided the appropriate suggestions for our collective palette.I recommend this establishment to everyone, any day of the week. We had their food many times. Till now probably more than 10-15 times. We been there and sometimes we arrange home delivery/pick up requesting someone who goes turneit often as it's one hour away(drive) from us. This image of the food taken less than 4-6 hours after we received. Tuesday and Wednesday is their official off days. We received the food on Thursday as expecting it will be fresh. I mentioned we had their food earlier. So we know the quality of food and taste. This time we felt like this food was from leftover of last cooking. As in picture you can see the kebab was very dry because of reheat. We could not have the borhani as it smells so bad had to throw in the bin. Rice was full of sultanas around or more than 100gm. This is not the first time we are experiencing we had similar experience last time when we took delivery.This review is not to say bad things about the restaurants rather its for improvement of their business. As we are bengali most of our family members can cook similar types of foods. It's not like you are the only option to us. But as our community business we want you to see grow. We try to come and bring our friends and sometimes recommend you to our close friends and relatives. Please be professional. If you have leftover food from last cooking shouldn't give it to the customer before checking. If you don't care your customers someday they will stop caring you.Please don't get me wrong it's not about $25 rather it's for our love and care for you. For dinner yesterday, Ordered the Kachhi biryani, liver singara, malai chicken tikka and gulab jamun.The highlight was the gulab jamun which was actually very nice.The liver singara you literally had to search for the solitary tiniest piece of liver amongst the fillings and the pastry was doughy and not fully cooked.The malai chicken, definitely had loads of cheese on top, not what you expect a malai chicken tikka to be, but true to their menu- was average. And the biryani was fairly average to be. Overall a fair let down

Authentic dhakaiya food. Taste was awesome. Very happy to see a Bangladeshi Restaurant in the West.
