My English is not well enough but she is patient to explain and to tell me how to submit the relevant information step by step. She is also a responsible and efficient tax agent to follow up my case and let me know what's going on as I was not familiar with the tax system of Australia. I will get assistance from her if I need help or consulting opinions of tax issues.
